General

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you are not sure about something, just contact us.

We can only collect and deliver vehicles that are legally roadworthy and drivable to and from the garage, and it’s your responsibility to inform us if this isn’t the case. If your vehicle is not drivable, you will need to arrange breakdown recovery or alternative transport, of which any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility to cover.

We also cannot be held responsible when collecting or delivering your vehicle in cases where a mechanical fault or damage occurs in transit. This is the same for service and repairs.

It is always our intention to provide you with a quality service. However, if you encounter problems with the service, you may submit a complaint, by letter, telephone, email or in person, as soon as possible. We have in place internal procedures for handling complaints fairly and promptly. We will send you a written acknowledgement of your complaint following details of our complaint’s procedures including when and how we will respond.

If after we send you our response, you are still not satisfied, you should let us know promptly in order to appoint a senior member of staff, who will contact you to introduce themselves and outline that they will be in touch within 48 hours. The senior member of staff will conduct a meeting with all involved staff to establish a better understanding of the complaint and conduct their own investigation. If after 48 hours, they are yet to reach a conclusion, they will contact you to advise you of this. If the senior member of staff agrees with the initial findings, they will reiterate this. They may decide to change the findings of the investigation, and this will be communicated to you as a final point of communication in a resolved complaint.
