One of our sales representatives will book your car service on your chosen date and on that day our properly identified staff will collect your vehicle from your home, work or given address. Collection time may vary between 10:00 and 14:00.
Free health check
All vehicles receive a free health check which is a visual inspection of the brakes, wheels, tyres, exhaust, steering and wiper blades plus a check on the key fluid levels that we carry out for free every time you book a service with our experts
Diagnostics
We use the latest vehicle software to diagnose any faults in your car, known as OBD which stands for On-Board Diagnostics. This device is a scanner that is connected to the car via the so-called OBD port and an OBD cable (if needed)
Free Valet
In addition to the car service that has been booked, we offer our clients, a complimentary valet that includes cleaning, polishing and waxing the car to achieve an as-new look and to maintain its appearance

Do the parts you use affect my car’s warranty?
No. Your warranty is always protected with Service Station. We use original equipment (OE) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to protect your manufacturer warranty. The Block Exemption Regulation allows independent garages to carry out vehicle services without affecting a car's warranty.
Is my car safe at the garage?
Yes. All garages that are part of our network are fully insured.
Is there any warranty offered?
Yes. All our services come with a 12-month parts and labour guarantee.
Do you carry out the works by yourselves?
No. We have partnered up with the best mechanics in Staffordshire to make sure the customer gets the most efficient and cost-effective service.
Is my car collected for free?
Yes, Service Station offers a free collection and delivery service. We will collect your car from your home or work on the agreed service date and return it back to you free of charge once the service has been completed and payment has been authorised.
Do you offer the services anywhere in the UK?
Not yet, currently we are only covering mostly the Staffordshire area.
What if my car needs extra work other than the service?
If this occurs, a Service Station advisor will contact you and inform you of the exact work that needs to be carried out and how much will cost. No work would be started without your acknowledgement and consent.
Can I cancel my vehicle service or repairs?
Yes. You can cancel the service or repairs at any time. However, any work up to the point of cancellation must be paid for.
Can I re-arrange the date of my vehicle service or repairs?
Yes, as long as you call us at 01782 901141 or write to bookings@service-station.co.uk 24 hours before the collection date, we will be able to arrange a new date for your service or repairs.
